Can you really charge an EV at home?
A socket is not the same as a dependable charging plan. Check permission, electrical capacity, parking control and daily routine.

Start with control of the parking spot
You need reliable access to the same parking position, not just a nearby outlet. Apartment buyers should confirm society permission, cable routing and metering before booking.
Match charging to the normal week
Estimate the kilometres you add in an ordinary week, then compare that with the vehicle's usable planning range and overnight charging window. A public charger is useful backup; it is not automatically a replacement for home access.

Get an electrician or approved installer to assess the circuit, ask who pays for meter work, and check whether the cable can be used without creating a pedestrian hazard.
